Description: Can you do just one more thing for LOTE advocacy? Can you step outside of your comfort zone to reach more people on behalf of LOTE? In her keynote address, NYSAFLT Advocacy Chairperson, Marie Campanaro outlined steps to make this happen. Workshops that followed included National Board Certification, TPRS, Formative Assessment, Checkpoint A Strategies and Activities ,Organization, Documentary, Literature and Advanced Level Strategies.

Winter Meeting Beat the Winter Blues!
COLT members met at Mohonasen Draper Middle School on February 2, 2011 to beat the winter blues. After a brief COLT business meeting and discussion on the elimination of the State assessments, there were mini presentations. A special thank you to the following who presented: Sara Ackroyd, Maureen Geagan, Donna Keegan, Patrick Keegan, Rosine Leloir, and Julie Witkowski.
