The NYSAFLT Capital Region Conference co-sponsored by COLT will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Mohonasen High School, Schenectady, NY. This year, we expect an attendance of 125+ people.

On our conference registration page, we'll include your logo, short description, web address and contact information for $25.  This information will remain on the page from January through June. COLT members will be required to register online or print a form from the registration page.

Message for Registered Conference Vendors:

Dear Conference Vendor,

I would like to officially thank you for your services at the 2011 Regional Conference co-sponsored by COLT and NYSAFLT, One More Step: Advocacy, Assessment, Achievement, on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Mohonasen High School.

Registration for the conference begins at 8:30am. You can arrive as early as 7:30am. Upon arrival, simply look for the table labeled with the name of your organization. The conference will end at 1pm. We built into our schedule some blocks of time that are available for vendor exhibit viewing:

8:30am - 9:00am
10:00am - 10:15am
11:15am - 11:45am
12:45pm - 1:00pm
